A rather forbidding day to be out. Started nice and sunny, and then, as it must always be in Bellingham, the accursed wind spun up out of the northeast and tormented us all the day. We couldn't put the Tyvek up past the second pass because of it, so instead we started on windows. Got all of the bottom windows installed (though the time lapse cuts off again... sorry. Still figuring out the whole outside-time-lapse thing... it's kind of unpredictable when the tripod is constantly nearly blown over by the incessant gales.) Almost lost one of the windows when the step ladder blew over into it. It's too bad that the wind doesn't show up in the time lapses except as herky-jerky plants.
So, Ken's off for a week or so while i endeavor to finish the Tyvek'ing, find a front door, and design the debacle that is and will be the garage door, and maybe even get started on that. Soon, "inside" may start to feel like "inside". :-) Our across-the-alley neighbor bought me some tea because i "looked cold". We were, indeed.
