Could it really be true? I think that all the framing is now done. That means inspection time (first one in 6+ months), and then plumbing, electrical, insulation, drywall, trim. The big (little) 5. If i hire out the drywall, that means that the bulk of the heavy lifting is done, which is kind of amazing to contemplate. I'm probably going to have to go over the entire exterior of the building trim wood with some other kind of sealant, because the "Miracle" Cover doesn't seem to be doing anything to prevent the cedar from fading rapidly. So that's a big enough chore, but not more than a couple/few days. And of course there are a dozen other little things that need to be done as well. Tomorrow i will do some cleanup/organizing and prep for the inspection. I stop every 5 minutes or so and think to myself "it can't really be time for the inspection, can it? There must be something else i've forgotten?" :-) Oh yeah, the pocket doors, the garage door tension cables, the anchor bolt(s), painting... Well at least i'll have something to occupy my time.

(Probably best to press play on the videos, then pause, then wait for video to load, then play, for smooth playback... they are big files.)

I know.

Alternately, you might need to update your Flash plugin.
