Exciting day! Got the soldering done and started pressure-testing the lines. A couple leaks around compression joints (the main into the building and a ball valve stem that needed tightening) but otherwise, no leaks so far. It's up to full pressure now (40 or 45 psi) and has held steady for a couple hours. Tomorrow i'll make sure it continues to hold and then maybe i will exhale. But so far, looking great! Hopefully the inspector thinks so, too. A few more plumbing-related days left, but this scary part is almost over. Phew.
