Cleaning everything up for the inspections (electrical and plumbing) and subsequently for the insulation installation. I'll need to take another pass before that happens, but this was the big day of getting everything out of there. Crazy to see it so empty and clean. :-) Also added a bit of supporting framing to mount the sink on later, which i had forgotten about. This is a fun time lapse.

Update: Didn't pass either inspection, but it could be worse. I'll have to replace a bunch of outlet boxes that were too small, and I need to sort out an issue with the lack of a "reverse pressure backflow assembly" that was approved by Public Works but surprising to the building inspector -- shouldn't be a problem, but my fingers are crossed.
