Doh! Used the wrong kind of pipe. Only ABS plastic under a building, not PVC. Darn. Sorry, Earth. Anyway, swapped out the pipe and got the inspections covered, then refilled the dirt. 2 videos in this playlist, use the forward/back arrows to skip around.
