A rainy, windy day. It's a shame you can't see the rain in the time lapse, because it's certainly a big part of my personal cultural universe out there. Lots of macho moments hanging on the side of the building with water drops all over my safety glasses and stormy clouds swirling above. In the time lapse it's just a grey day. Annnyway, got the roof basically framed... gotta finish the "hurricane ties" on the north side tomorrow. Then the final girts that intersect the rafters, the "lookouts", and the "girlins". Then it's sheathing time. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that by end of next week the thing may be enclosed... that's a whole new world i'm mightily looking forward to.
